Telemanagement thermal plants and purpose of the remote control system. Briefly, the purpose of the remote control system are as follows:

  • Allow real-time monitoring of system operation, displaying the current temperature, the status of the controlled organs and functional parameters (time, temperature control, etc.)
  • Record over time the trend of temperatures, times of counters, any energy accounting entries and / or other events.
  • Have immediate feedback of functional abnormalities through automatic sending of alarm messages to maintenance facilities and staff available.
  • Equipping the facility of a local programmable control system in a personalized manner according to the various installation situations, in order to obtain the best energy saving.

These machines are adapted to the control of any organ, sensor, actuator or existing adjustment in a heating system, such as:

Sinteticamente le principali funzioni locali sono:

  • Termoregolazione climatica ottimizzata
  • Calendari ed orari di accensione
  • Termostati di regolazione
  • Inserimento caldaie in cascata e/o a collettore scorrevole
  • Regolazione boiler ACS
  • Software di impostazione dati, per modificare dall’ unità centrale i parametri funzionali (orario, regolazioni, ecc..)
  • Software gestione dati storici, per l’impostazione, la raccolta e l’elaborazione dell’andamento storico delle temperature ed altri parametri registrati (ore di accensione, eventi, contatori, ecc..)
  • Software gestione allarmi, per l’impostazione delle anomalie da segnalare, set-point, ricerca del personale reperibile..

We estimate that more than 50% of the problems of a thermal power plant subjected to remote control can be solved without the 'intervention of a qualified technician
